Empowering Young Minds to Build
It’s never too early to teach young people the power of ownership, creativity, and financial independence. This program partners with youth and parents to inspire the next generation of business-minded leaders. It is designed for youth ages 10 and up that includes group workshops and one-on-one coaching and training focused on developing a personal business plan from idea to execution. Each session empowers youth to take responsibility, explore their passions, and understand the value of earning their own income.
Parental Partnership:
Parents serve as silent partners, providing essential support and encouragement. Active parental involvement is required to help ensure accountability and assist their child in reaching key goals outlined in the coaching plan.
